Problems in/at the chat

Hi to u,
I tried to go to the chat at frieday and it couldn't load it....It was an error...Can you help me with tips for java and downloads (or other things?!?)

You ask about java downloads: if you haven't got a working install of java already, you can download the relevant stuff from the Java website.
