The excerpt that he read to us as a bedtime story at the last convention make me think that this is going to be another v good book tho i have enjoyed all of them with MR being my least favorite but i enjoyed quite a few bits of that one.
Where are we going and why am i in this handbasket?...

i agree, it is distinctavely average but has some fantastic bits in it. i wouldn't say it is my least favourite though

Has no-one else heard of terrys knew book "making money".
It was officially announced a year ago January but, as Bernard told me about it in mid 2005 I had thought it would precede Wintersmith. Nevermind...
But yes, it's due out October 1st (which means it will be in Tescos for a 9-er in mid-September
).
In other news Sky will be doing another TV film for this coming Christmas, probably "Colour of Magic", and Sam Raimi will be filming all 3 Tiffany books with the first released (probably) next year.

you know, whenever someone makes a lame joke in a stand-up act or a cartoon, theres this short drum roll followed by hitting the metaly thingy, to indicate that it was a lame joke. actually it sounds more like trrrrrrdish.
