For those interested in trying to spot the comet for themselves it should be in south west to the right of Venus and should be viewable just after sunrise and sunset until about the 12th for about 45 mins each way.

I borrowed my mums Nikon coolpix S4. which has 10x optical zoom and 6megapixels.
Where are we going and why am i in this handbasket?...
