whats the word for 'marrow'

ok,let me set down some ground rules,when you ask me something,you have to ask in afrikaans.

so if you want to say...
"how do you say..." then you say
"hoe sê jy..."

and if you want to say...
"what is the word for..." then you say
"wat is die woord vir..."

if there are any more then let me know
