I guess you mean for Mc's Thudboard program. If so, then open the program up, click
file > open
browse to the folder where you downloaded the program in the first place, then you should find a folder called "koomvalley" inside the "thudboard" directory. In that folder is a savegame called "koomvalley.thud". If you open that, you get the starting layout for a game of KVT.

Hope this helps

Ok - that's a little weird... I assume you're running windows, so I'll go and try installing it on a windows computer and see if I can see what's going on... I'll let you know when I'm back

Hi watt,

That's weird, it should be there if you have TB version 1.6 or 1.7...
However, there's a savegame with a KVT setup in the downloads section of my pages, if it's not.

I reckon there are two options from here:

Easy way
1. Save this file to a location you'll remember (e.g. in My Documents)
2. Open it with thudboard
(This is basically what OB suggested)

Hard way
1. Uninstall thudboard from your computer
2. Download the install file again from the thudboard page
3. Double click on the file you've downloaded to start the installation
4. Chose the defaults for every stage
5. Open My Computer
6. Go to C > Program Files > Thudboard
7. Check that there is a folder called "koomvalley" and a file in that folder called "koomvalley.thud"
8. If the folder & file do exist, then all is well and you should be able to play normally. If not, then theres probably a bug that we'll need to tell Mc about.

The only reason why you might like to use the hard method would be if you want to find out why it's not working - if you just want to fix the problem then the easy way should be fine.
