Blimey! How could I have missed it! According to my own site, which is quite accurate I might add, the transition (take-over?) from discworldstamps forum to thudgame.com was at october 15, 2005.
And look at this, just a month and a year later. A cool website and an even better online Thud client. Very nice work, Lee and Dewi, and a very very belated Happy Birthday!

Yes, happy birthday Thudgame! As it's the community, you all, who make it what it is.
As a bit of belated birthday celebration of coolness we have a little, surreptitious announcement to make (hidden away here in the comments...
): assuming things continue to go to schedule we will be upgrading the Thudgame site to Thudgame_3.0 early next week. We actually haven't been away on holiday as rumoured (really!
), but rather we've been very busy building the new platform, testing and improving things, and we hope to roll out a few nice surprises over the next few weeks leading up to Christmas. Watch this space...
