The easy questions are "do you have Java installed on your computer? If it's new it probably isn't. The other thing that might affect the game is the security settings in Internet Explorer (AKA Internet Exploder-- we recommend Firefox). You may have to go in and set them manually (which is no bad thing in any case as the defaults can be annoying but not terribly secure) to allow Java applets to run.
We are doing work to an html game client but that might not be released until sometime next year.
It would really help if we knew what Operating System you use (and whether you have Zonealarm or similar blocking certain network ports), whether you're trying to access the game from home or at work (where the IT staff may have blocked things), what browser you use, etc. From there we can try to give more useful help.
Many thanx,

Well, my guess is, that your Webbrowser doesn't have a java plugin installed and working. Unless it's a cookie thing. Check the java first, then, if it still doesn't work, allow cookies from thudgame.com and see if that helps. If all still fails, report back here and we'll get you set up.
