Thud set for sale (out of date 18/2/07)

I have an acorn signed by Scrat from ice age (and also Scrat himself since he wouldn't let go of it !!!)

i was wonderising if there was such thing as a stone set of thudboard/pieces? that would be cool, as you could use it in your garden and/or as an ornament (although saying that a very interactive ornament )

if anyone knows anything or has a link then could you let me know?

There are some standing stones near where I live.
I wonder if the National Trust of Scotland would mind if I altered them a bit.
They are a bit hard to move though...

Does this thread pre-date the limited edition Thud sets that are currently advertised on this site? They're stone, aren't they? Incidentally, does "Limited Edition Thud Piece Set" mean the set is pieces only, not including a board?

The answers to that are yes and no.

The thread is quite old and, I'm sure, the eBay auction is well and truly long finished. And no, there isn't such a thing (officially produced in any quantity at any rate) a stone Thud set. We are talking to a couple of enterprising gentlemen about something like this but they would be very expensive.

That's correct. It's pieces only, numbered with certificate of authenticity with built in anti-counterfeit process for those wishing to sell them on on eBay and friends.
