Long time no see, and a happy new year. I really do miss this community, and hope that at least these tiniest of sparks re-ignite it.
I'm playing Minecraft. It's mad. I'll attempt to explain it, but really it has to be played.
Minecraft is a sandbox game where you spawn into a proceduraly generated world made of 1m*1m cubes. You can then proceed to mine and place these blocks to build structures. When night comes, the monsters come out and so you should take shelter in what you have built. The game features a multiplayer component, where you can work together to build immense structures, such as:

I found this map, and from this I'm gonna make a start in single player.
If the interest is there, I'll be more than happy to throw it up on a server.
