Would anybody like a new game, normal rules, but I don't mind if we play single or doubles.

--What would be the point of cyphering messages that very clever enemies couldn't break? You'd end up not knowing what they thought you thought they were thinking...

In a brief search i admit i have not found any others playing doubles so have thought of the above layout 4 myself suggest we post both moves each time and so we can use reply fill in our own and delete the other move so that next time it when you post it will be somthing like:-

Hi Oograh pointed out to me the thud board notation and that u can cut and paste to here so i now comply to the usual notation and apparently there are other ways of doing doubles but if you are happy with this layout then i would like to continue this way.

Thats ok i was away for most of the weekend i expected this postal type Thud to be slower. Its nice when we can get more than one move a day but not expected, if you are busy then you are busy it would be nice to be warned if you are going on a two week holiday and i will try and do the same but i should not worry about a day or two.

Its been the termly college boat races here in Oxford this week. We managed to do incredibly badly and drop 41 places overall, not what we were hoping for. Anyway I'm back now and looking forward to doing just as badly in these games! Very Happy

Fortunately not although I did end up getting very wet when it started snowing and raining! Not what you want to happen when all you're wearing is lycra.

Shame i thought if you were rowing for your college you would also have a good library or are you on the list and its very popular in which case ask the librarian(a bannnannana my help here Wink ) to get more copies in most librarians are helpful if you ask and a lot are Pterry fans for obvious reasons, i think he has done talks to groups of them.
