Having played a couple of games now, I think it'd be very useful to highlight the last move. It can be very difficult to tell who/what moved during the last turn, especially dwarfs. This would not be a problem with a board-game version of the game.

Alternatively/additionally, one might consider writing the coordinates of the move to the text part of the window. Since the games are registred somehow nito the archives, this could perharps be a simpler option to implement, requiring no more than an extra write of the move to that area.
But why do it simply if you can do it difficultly?
