Yar, It be a techy question!
I've procured one of these from an old relative who doesn't like it, and being as anything would be better than my current phone, I've already sorted unlocking it, as I operate on orange, while It used to run on 02, which gets no signal here in *insert home town name here*.
So my main question is...what can I do with windows mobile? Are there any essential (free-if possible) downloads or programs I need to make it good? Can I update the OS to a newer version? Will It drive me insane?
I ask here, because I remember seeing windows mobile mentioned at some point...a long time ago.

Well, as far as I was concerned, updating WM does drive you insane but is definitely worth it

i've never worked with windows mobile though i've been wanting something like this for years now. but i assume you could run any portable app on it if you want to. i can't tell you what you need to make it good for you though.
