After a good beating in my last game I'm ready for another, I'd prefer to play double unlimited, but anything is fine.

I'm ready for a good beating, too, so I guess we'll have to fight for who gets it. I haven't played doubles before, and I'm a little worried that I'll get confused, especially as I have another game going right now. On the other hand, it would be nice to finish the games sooner. So if you'll bear with me if I do get confused, we'll have a go.
I guess each of us would start with a dwarf move, right? and then we go from there. I get it.

Don't worry I got very confused during my first battle, so i'll be forgiving

What would be the point of cyphering messages that very clever enemies couldn't break? You'd end up not knowing what they thought you thought they were thinking...

I used to play chess when I was younger, against my brother, I was never very good at it though he always used to win. Why do you ask?

I dunno. You seemed to have a good sense of opening, or I've just been in too much of a hurry. I was never any good at chess either. There are so many different types of moves to consider that I can never really see the board. Checkers, on the other hand, is too constraining to be interesting, to me, anyway. Thud is a perfect compromise between complicatin and constraint.
Do people play checkers in the UK?

There isn't a troll on K9 unless your second move was meant to be T J8 - K9 which would change my reply, let me know if you want to go back and replay from that move or just play on with a different one.
R1: T J7 - M7 x N6
We do play chequers but it's called draughts, I also used to play that but it is rather limited. I'm a mathematician so I devote quite large amounts of time to playing games that interest me.

I'm very sorry. I do have T J8 - K9 as the second move on my board. I can't think how I messed up my post, but this is my first doubls game, and I do seem to be having trouble keeping things straight.
But I think I've got it sorted out now, so if you don't mind going back to move two in that round, thanks very much.
