Just thought, as there is a low lands topic i should add a highlands for the dissusion of scotland!
Incase you havent noticed, scotlandia is a very rocky country, and i myself oly feel comfortable where there are large deposits of Granite (maybe i'm a radiation junkie!!!) for example Aberdeen, Iceland and Cornwall.
So, anyone whoo feels an affinety with a certain rock or mineral post here

Neither Iceland nor Cornwall are in Calidonia, you do know this right?
Also, The lowlands are for people of a certain low-west-Germanic linguisitc nature to come together and speak in low-west-germanic, Scotland is not particularly low or germanic, it is west I'll give you that.
So, perhaps you could make this topic one in which Goidelic Celt* Tongues are spoken (i.e. learn to speak Scots and talk in it)
Also, I live in the country boasting the biggest rock in the world so there. [pokes out tongue]
*I actually had to look it up and it shares with Irish and manx (now extinct)
