Druid

You could try the two series of books Jasper Fforde wrote. The Tuesday Next and Nursery Crime Division series are both great fun.

Re: A dillema have I!!!

Redwall gets extremely repetive, but if you read the first 6 books it should be alright. Consider also other books by Brian Jaques, even the Christian ones(don't remember the name). If historical is ok, try Arturo Perez-Reverte's Alatriste-series.

Re: A dillema have I!!!

the books of mr R Rankin are worth mention, they are very gritty with a style of humour that closely resembels the DW style, though not with the same flare, very worth reading

I think they animated watership down and one of the charecters they introduced was called redwall...or something...I recall seeing it once on channel 6 Barf! the worst ruining of a very good book I ever seen...
