right guys
there seems to be a problem with the polls going on and on and on...
so, i being a genius, thought up a cure
every time a new poll is made, it can be recorded here, with name, start date and a desired finishing date.
This is to stop peoples polls being overwritten before they have a chance to mature.
It now occurs to me this should have been a blog so as to be available easily for longer...
oh well

ok, before you create a new poll, read this: theres a small box in the bottom of the creat poll page, that asks you how long do you want the poll to last. the default is unlimited. thats why the latest polls dont close: you made them last forever. so when you creat a poll, remember to set the time. a week or two is best.

BTW the polls are not over written they still exist if you click on older polls you can see the ones that are still open and the ones that have closed.
