hmmm...on the one hand I can;t claim to have 100% legit points but on the other I have more points...if this trend is representative of the upgade I'll go with that

a while ago, before my time came, AI and wap versions of thud were discussed, is this still plausable???
not much else, but a nudge-like fature and the ability for PHATOM users to be removed faster would be nice.
Thats about it, none of these idas are important, more sort of extras that arent needed but would enhance the experience.

could you try to stop the little table of contents thing on the left jumping about from left to right when i go on a different page 'cause it's beginning to annoy me when i go on a topic and can't read the top few posts.

also librarian badges showing up in the live and a link straight from the main page to the live would be nice

I did quite like the phpbb thing of being subscribed to a thread so that you get emailed when it changes it was quite useful when playing more than one forum game. And i am in my email more often than i am on the site.

However, we need to seperate out the site from the live game - this thread started with talk of drupal, which is the software that the site runs on (that's the forums, all the static pages, image galleries, blogs, comics, etc etc etc), so it's requests for here that we really need to be looking at. The live game is a whole nother kettle of fish really

but i fond the site to be fine. navigation is easy, I can use everything with ease...ecxept maybe the clacks but i dont; go for gimmicky things anyway so I'm not too fussed but I;ve heard problems form that fornt...but otherwise everything works so why not just let it be?

i'm generally open to new things, but i quite like the way the site looks and feels. a bit of new stuff and changes (for the better) are always welcome, but please don't do a vista and make a completely new look which can't hold what it promised

We doing about this in business studies the whole thing of improving and why it is good but i can't remember much of it but it will make the site better and things like that.

I quite like it how it is but can't wait to see what you guys are going to do as long as it doesn't complicate things so that its hard to get around or post topics and comments.

1. The red "new" text on new messages doesn't show up except on the first page of a thread

2. Clicking the "X new" link by a thread in the forum view takes you to the first new post (as it should) when that post is on the first page of the thread. Otherwise it takes you to the beginning of the thread

3. Images in galleries are quite often shown as too wide for the main content column, and spill over underneath the right-hand nav.

4. If you're forced to edit a post (e.g. if you try to begin a thread with a post with < 10 words) it takes you back to a screen where the text you entered is in the textarea, but the text is dark grey on black.

cool, i just saw it too. the status "active" along with people who havent peen in for 2 years is a bit odd, but i guess youll fix it soon enough . i have just one question: i searched myself in the list, (cos that what you do when you see that kind of list, right? right?!) and i found near my name the words authenticated user, which i get, librarian, which i also get, and author, which i dont. anyone care to explain?

righto, and i also talked to the sarge about it, pretty early in its life.

well, i like the alot faster idea in general but i think there could be add your own smilies to the list so everyone can see the smilies and we can amass a collection. More serios competitions for points and more events like thud tournaments and christmass gettogether on thud. Ie everone go on at the same time on the live sort of like that.

Just my ideas.

ok, i seem to have some bizzaro problem, so i might as well put it here: i seem to be able to edit comments that i made, but were already commented upon by other users. i mean, if in a cetain thread i make a comment and then some1 else makes another comment, im somtimes able to still edit my comment. am i using the word comment too much? please comment.

both myslef and ook have already made good use of this item but never reallymentioned it cos I forgot to when u started this thread. I think a few ppl would have..see I notice most things cos I always have a thud tab open so when I refresh the differences are clear..hehe cheating rox

I likes the points competingness...perhaps the live ought to be fixed and perhaps not ON christmas cos when u ppl have happy time it's like 2am here, mind you it's boxing day but we need to find a time frame that aught to suit everyone...can the live handle that much chatter though? surley the screen would be so full of comments so fast no-one could read it....maybe a special thread we set up for the occasion...no points at stake just a nice conversation. re: smileys...huh?

also can we have a simpler way of writing into the quotes of others without putting /quote quote=xy?

i think it's just a glitch caused by ppl posting to close to each other (in time that is) just don;t abuse the power of randomness

I wouldn't have said that's a glitch - from my experience it's perfectly normal to be able to edit your own comments, regardless of whether others have replied. (I did find one forum where I couldn't, and it really suprised me...)

on the live, i wud be gud to have a , message at the bottom when the person on the other end of the chat is writing summat, the chat says at the bottom, something like, ratdearth is writing a message, not just ratdeath but the person who is writin. like msn

ok i have been thinking i think that it should be easier to get to the games forum because all you can really see when you come on is the recent comments i think there should be a place on the main page e.e below the 'Navigation' box with all the games your playing or the recent game posts etc just so people can see them easier if they are new and stuff like that.

What do ya think? just an idea

can we have a search bar on the members list? cos it's hard to sift through all those names and you can;t "find: xy" cos the finder only covers one page at a time
