um we have rizskók which is like a riceócake..serve with sour-cherries it's ueber

and alma-pongyola which is like you get apple slices ya and batter and fry them and you have a sweet crunchy exterior with a soft cooked apple interior...whic reminds me of

apple strudle which i once had in a frankfurt airport with some hot chocolate...MY...GOD!!!! I would go back there just for that apple strudle...it had chocolate ice-cream on the side as well it was ÜBER!

Apple pie with Condensed milk

Xmas pudding with Brandy Butter(Real butter with icing sugar and brandy mixed together)

Mince pies with Brandy Butter

Tiramasu or how ever its spelt

The one where you melt brown sugar with a blow torch on top of it.

In fact i like most puddings that probably why i am this round shape

it's called crème brulée. at least in french (and german).

Thanks that's da bunny its the same here accept it only has the twiddly bits on top of the "e"s in posh restaurants.

ou contraire! there's also i think a meringue which is formed into little paeks and the ends are burnt with a blowtorch to give them a crisp dark tip

I love crashed meringues with strawberries and topped with cream - it's lush!

i know what you mean but can't think of the name, i of course love choc fudge cake! with choc ice cream with a flake on top its the best thing ever! very bad for you but meh its so nice

in my family for my birthday the traditional cake (although not in tune with my normal nationalism) is a cheese cake with a dark biscuit base and a sour cherry gelly(actual sour cherry) with sour cherries in it (I'm magyar, we like the cherries)

and fánk (like a sweet light pastry posibly cream filled) and mákos guba (bread, soaked in sugary milk then covered in poppy seeds and "baked" i a fry pan till golden brown and covered further in sugar and poppy seed) and MEGGYLEVES!! (cold sour cherry soup cooked often with red wine, cinnamon, cloves) ueber gear.

and tejpite (look it up...two part word tej - milk and pite a type of generic sweet stuff)

panna cotta is also lush. it is italian and consists of cooked cream with gelatine and is eaten with a sauce of strawberries or kiwis which makes it also look nice

yesterday i made sticky toffee pudding for ratty's birthday and we went mmmhhhmmmm, mmmmhhhhmmmmm the whole time.
i think we might get addicted to it.

btw is it named "sticky" because it sticks to ones hips?

stp is the best, except perhaps Lemon meringue pie or niggela lawsons chocolate orange cake (ground almonds as opposed to flour, moust and heavenly)
