If you use quote and then edit you don't have to enter all the formatting each time and you can check that you are replying to the right moves b4 deleting your opponents previous moves tho you are correct that you should have your dwarfs on the top half as you moved first i made a mistake copying and pasting a previous layout.

I will give you a gipsy's warning think about my dwarf move i would normally have moved p9-k14 in this position but i think i have spotted an new and interesting set of moves to my advantage i could be wrong and missed something but just letting you know i did think about that move for a long time.

Embarassed We all make mistakes as the Dalek said climbing off the dustbin it was not a respect thing, i think i hallucinated a dwarf on K14 when making my plan and would have done a similar move to your last dwarf move i now know why i don't normally do the m3 move but we live and learn so onto plan B where i only get one troll for the block if i am lucky it will teach me not to be greedy in future.

I did consider the c4-l12 move but thought the after you had down t13-j14 you would have moved j14-k14 and be in amongst my dwarfs slaughtering a lot of them i must admit i missed the fork that you suggest which would guarantee a troll for my block well thought out.

Very Happy well in that case my good deed for the day is to tell you in the end game of Thud when you don't think you can get any more blocks as dwarfs you should do a Rincewind and run away ideally arranging your remaining dwarfs at least 2 squares away from any remaining trolls and ideally as far away from each other as possible.
