I just thought that as in the last week at least three or four topics had to be moved from site suggestions to the drum that maybe someone should point out that if you put the thudding drum on the top of the drop-down menu in the submit forum topic form instead of site suggestions this wouldn't happen anymore...
and while i'm at it: is there anything that can be done against the textbox getting bigger when you start typing or is that just my computer? it's rather annoying.

What OS and browser are you using?
For support purposes, rather than fix this theme I;m working on an upgrade which will look similar but have vastly improved code, AJAX/Javascript (ECMAScript for purists
) and core scripting code. The one we have now has a bit of legacy code for compatibility reasons but we should be able to safely lose that now and bring it all bang-up-to-date.
One side benefit is that if you would like to see any design features (as in how the site looks), now is the time to say. Send any ideas to the usual place!

i'm using ie 6.0. i once tried firefox and it drove me absolutely nutter. and i'll just assume that OS means operating system and you want to know that i use windows xp....

We've tested it out and found it's a Javascript issue. It affects Windows and IE in one way whereas Wizzard and I on firefox find we have to submit multiple times (or reload the page before submitting comments) to get it to work.
I'm working on the new code for the theme so hopefully that will fix things. We don't think it's a database issue.
