you may be able to find some help in the existing technical problems forum

Quite often it is a java problem either its not enabled in your browser or you dont have the latest version so i would check that first hope this helps and welcome to site.

Thank you. I got it working after a couple of tries. This is a new machine and I didn't have java on it.
