I dont know whether you played this game before, but its really fun even on the second or third time.
anyway, this is how the game goes: below is a list of the 20 "main" characters of the discworld series (sadly, there are about 10 books which i havent read yet, so if there is a character you think i left out, let me know). each character starts the game with 15 points. each player, on his turn, adds 2 points to the character of his choice (or 1 point for 2 characters) and reduces 2 points from another. If you want, you can add a reason. when a characters rating reaches 0, the character is removed from the game. at the end of the game, we will know which character is our favorite.

as many times as you like, but please dont do it 300 times a day, cos the game will end too fast. a couple of times a day is perfect. and dont forget you can split the 2 points you give/take to/from one character into one point for/from two character

Now, as the first character is going to be kicked out, is the time to introduce the Last Rule:
when a player reduces a certain character's points to 0, he may write a short story (not more than a few lines long), describing either the character's death, or, if its one of the good guys and youre not in the mood for killing anyone, simply why it was kicked out of the game.
